Career
Cliff began his real estate career with Royal LePage Real Estate in 1985 after a long and successful career with Canadian Tire both in Winnipeg Steinbach and Vancouver. His career with Royal LePage has made him one of the most experienced realtors in Winnipeg.

At Royal LePage, Cliff King was both a realtor and the Branch Sales Manager. As manager, he helped direct the sales force and assisted them with any difficulties that arose during the buying or selling process. During his time as manager, his office received the experience that will help guide you through the buying and selling process and make it as easy and beneficial for you as possible.

In 1997, Cliff saw an opportunity to become more involved with his own clients and joined Century 21, Bachman & Associates. His clients benefited from Cliff's extensive experience and many contacts throughout Winnipeg, Manitoba and Canada.

In 1998, Cliff helped 57 families purchase or sell real estate in Winnipeg. Many relocated to Winnipeg from across Canada and the USA. He was in the top ten of one of Winnipeg's most active real estate companies and received a bronze medallion award from the Winnipeg Real Estate Board.

Cliff joined RE/MAX Real Estate Inc. on April 15th 2003 as both a sales associate and a manager. The tools available and the synergy that exists working with many of Winnipeg's TOP Realtors has provided valuable benefits to Cliff as well as his many clients and friends.

Today, Cliff owns and operates 3 of Winnipeg’s busiest real estate offices and is a Past President of both the Winnipeg Real Estate Board & the Manitoba Real Estate Association and has helped thousands of clients with their real estate needs. Cliff has been a director with the Manitoba Real Estate Association since 1991 and is a Past President of the Board of Directors.

Cliff travelled throughout North America representing the M.R.E.A. and has developed an a large number of contacts throughout Canada. This network of realtors is a real benefit to his clients especially those relocating to or from other parts of Manitoba, Canada or throughout North America.

Cliff previously sat on the Professional Standards Appeal Committee for the Winnipeg Real Estate Board. In the past, he has served on the Finance, Membership and Arbitration Committees.

Community
Cliff's volunteer activities extend beyond his professional life. Currently, Cliff is a director serving on the Linden Woods Community Association. In the past he:

served as the local community club president for 2 years as well as assuming other board positions
was the community club soccer convener for 6 years.
coached soccer for ten years
was a committee member for the Assiniboine South School Division, Facilities Review.
